You can cancel your monthly subscription anytime before the next billing cycle. Submit a cancellation request, and we'll collect the current book bag and stop subsequent charges.
Cancellation is hassle-free for all plans (Beginner, Toddler, Lite, Bibliophile). Simply submit a request, and we'll initiate the process immediately.
The one-time membership fee of ₹100 is non-refundable once your account has been activated and books have been delivered.
If cancellation is made before any books are delivered, full subscription fee refund is provided. After book delivery, refunds are calculated based on unused subscription period.
Your refundable deposit of ₹500 is fully refundable upon cancellation, provided all books are returned in good condition without significant damage.

After cancellation, our logistics team will contact you to schedule book collection from your doorstep. Once all books are collected and verified, your deposit refund process begins.
We understand that children's books may show normal wear. However, significant damage, torn pages, or missing components may result in partial deduction from your deposit.
Book collection for cancellation is completely free - our team will come to your home to collect the books at a scheduled time.
In special circumstances such as medical emergencies, relocation outside Chennai, or other genuine cases, we may consider flexible refund options upon valid documentation.
Instead of cancellation, consider changing your plan to better suit your needs. You can upgrade, downgrade, or pause your subscription.
